Seaview House, Southwold
Seaview House has, we think, the best position in Southwold with sea views from every room. It features in many paintings and postcards of the town. The house has a rotunda where you can sit and enjoy sea views from every window and a sun deck off the sitting room with panoramic views of the sea. There is wireless broadband.
Seaview House sleeps eight but can be rented with Seaview Cottage to provide self catering accommodation for twelve. A travel cot, highchair and stairgates can be provided on request.
There is a sunny garden overlooking the sea with garden furniture and a BBQ.
Ground floor:
- large sunny architect-designed kitchen with French doors on to the garden and dual aspect views of the sea and the pier. Fully equipped for eight people with a large dining table. Gas hob and double oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and TV/video.
- Rotunda (off the kitchen). A sunny sitting room with extensive views of the sea and the pier.

First floor:

All the beds are made up with crisp, fresh linen and towels and tea towels are provided. Central heating (except in July and August) and hot water are included in the price. The central heating can be turned on or off according to your needs by using the radiator thermostats in each room.
The house is extremely popular during school holidays and we have a number of guests who come back year after year. We strongly advise that you try to book a year in advance to be sure of securing your preferred week of self catering accommodation at Seaview House, Southwold.
