Southwold holiday cottage, Seaview Cottage
Seaview Cottage, has views of the sea, of St James's Green with its flagstaff and ancient cannons and of Southwold's landmark, the lighthouse. It sleeps four but can be rented with Seaview House to provide accommodation for twelve.
The cottage is approached from the rear through a small courtyard with garden furniture and colourful tubs, overlooked by the lighthouse.
Ground floor :
- sunny kitchen/dining room with a terracotta tiled floor and views of the sea and the lighthouse. Gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and washer/drier.
- Sitting room with french doors and views to the sea. Comfortably furnished with sofas, TV with Freeview, DVD and music centre.
First floor:
- small double room with sea views
- small twin room with a view of the lighthouse
- shower room with washbasin and toilet
All the beds are made up with crisp, fresh bedlinen and towels and tea towels are provided. Central heating (except in July and August) and hot water are included in the price. The central heating can be turned on or off according to your needs using the radiator thermostats in each room.
